*Additional re-sit exam on 17 July 2024 is ONLY for the applicants that sat the tests on the exams in April, May, June, and July 2024

By bank transfer before the enrolment date, clearly mentioning the student faculty number. 

Admission Requirements

For EU & EEA Citizens:

• Higher/ Secondary School Certificate (12-years education) or A letter or Certificate – Diploma/School Leaving Certificate/GCE A-2 which gives them the right to apply in universities in the country of origin.
• Must have studied, completed, and obtained marks in Biology and Chemistry.
• From UK educational background – at least one subject at their A2 level, and the other one – either in A2, or in A/S level, or in GSCE.
• From UK educational background – candidates can apply on provisional results (summer 2024) and must present the actual certificate by February 2025.
• Elective Biology and Chemistry marks will not be considered.

*To sit the entrance tests in Biology and Chemistry.

Notes:

• Statements of Provisional Results of exams that have taken place before 2024 will not be accepted.

• Applicants with BTEC, Foundation and Bio-Medical Science qualification will not be admitted.

• Passing entrance tests is mandatory.

• Cheating or use of any unfair means during entrance exam will cancel the admission process.

For NON - EU & EEA Citizens:

Non-native English speakers – Must have at least B1 level (see English Language Proficiency Requirements). Deadline for application documents submission – 30 August 2024.

Admission Documents

For EU & EEA Citizens:

  • Completed, Application Form 2024.
  • Photocopy of the Diploma of completed secondary (high) school education or transcript.
  • Original document – certifying the applicant’s right to apply and continue their education in higher schools/universities in the country of origin. 
  • Photocopy of the valid ID/International passport certifying the citizenship.
  • Four recent colour photos 4/5 cm.
  • Documents must be legalized and translated into Bulgarian language.
  • Application documents must be submitted from 01 March – 30 August 2024.
  • Administration fee €25. 
VISA INFORMATION:

For NON - EU & EEA Citizens:

  • Non-EU and non-EEA citizens MUST have Visa type D.
  • Approved applications will be issued Admittance Certificate to acquire the visa. 
Selection, Admission, Enrolment

Selection, & Admission

  • Entrance Exams carry the max weightage – minimum 24 to 42 maximum.
  • Entrance Exams results are valid for one year. 
  • All completed applications and documents will be considered for the applicant final ranking. 
  • Final Ranking for English programmes – 13 September 2024.
  • Enrolment of the Admitted Students – 16 – 27 September 2024.
  • Opening of the Academic Year for 1-st year students – 01 October 2024

  • The applicants who are included in the final ranking list will have personally to enrol within the periods stipulated above at the Registrar’s Offices of the respective faculties.
  • The first semester tuition fee must be paid one week in advance by bank transfer.

Application & Tuition Fees

  • Application Administrative Fee – 25.00 EUR (non-refundable)
  • First Entrance Exam Fee– 200.00 EUR (non-refundable)
  • Re-sit Entrance Exam Fee– 300.00 EUR (non-refundable)
  • All Fees must be paid in one week in advance of the exam.
